I have an account with them, they had the tires I needed, I called emergency roadside assistance line on Saturday,6/4/22, I had a bulge that developed in one of my steer tires and wanted to replace both of them. The on call Tech refused to do the call because he wasn’t “comfortable” with doing my repair???? First time having this happen with southern tire mart. I use them all over Texas for my tire needs and this incident happened with this particular store. Kind of weird for them to refuse an emergency call when they had the tires in stock. Had to get a 130 mile tow home. Reference number for emergency call #602640

put 4 new toyo's on the back of our 5500 made it less than 1k miles before one blew and ruined the wheel too... they say no warranty on tires besides mfg. warranty and it wont cover this tire. wheel $225, tire $479 we have 6 of these trucks , really want to do business with these guys but am upset

Shop handled mount and balance for tire purchase through Tires Direct. Tires Direct set up appointment and shipped tires there. Dealt with Tyler and he was friendly, professional, and handled his end very well. Waited quite a while during the actual installation, and the tech doing the install had to have another guy put the "completed" tires on while he continued trying to balance those that remained. Once on the road I knew something was wrong, but live out of town and had to get back home. Ride was absolutely terrible, tires obviously not balanced. Took the truck to another shop in town the following week and all tires had to be rebalanced, with one tire having been previously mis-balanced with way over 20 weights. Cost me an additional $40 to have it done right, but the ride is now good.
