Had a steer tire worked on in Temple by a non-Goodyear shop. Made it to Bryan and the tire came off going down the road. I could see Southern Tire Mart. No help. I called Goodyear and they were on it. The Center Manager, Javier, personally came through for me. Amazing customer service and dedication to excellence. Javier is the man!! Thank you.
Very friendly crew and they actually care about the safety of customers versus making a sale .
