Y'all this place is great. Not only were they great about getting my truck back to me ASAP, and the customer service is fantastic. I liked the transparency that you don't necessarily get at 'big box' mechanic shops. They itemize the quote beforehand for parts and labor so you know exactly what you're paying for and price-wise Asher is extremely competitive. It's worth it to go a few miles out of town and avoid the big box shops. I also really liked how they talked to me like 'an equal' and showed me exactly what wrong with my suspension. Since I'm a girl I've gotten talked down to a lot in shops and I'm not an expert but I know my way around a pick-up and I appreciate being treated as such. It goes a long way. I got a 10% discount for being a TAMU student, (also offered for active military), which really helped (especially in this economy ????). Anyway, you can trust these people with your vehicle and with your girls away at college and with your mother in law if you like her. Jennife

Super grateful I called Asher automotive. I went be there shop after a recommendation by another Tacoma owner. It took home less than 20min to diagnose the issue my truck had. They repaired it and my truck is safe to drive again. It was also a last minute appointment, they didn’t need to take the time to see me last minute but they did. No more lights and no more problems. This was the first time at Asher Automotive to get my car service. The service was great and so were the ladies in the office. I will go back there again when my car needs to be worked on.
