I'm done. This is the fourth time I've given this location a shot, and the fourth time I've been let down. This time I had an appointment for 1130am for an alignment, and after 30 minutes of sitting there I asked for my keys back and left. I think they were down a mechanic, so I understand that there will be delays, but as I mentioned, this is the fourth time I have tried to get service here in the last few years and have had similar issues. That points to a systemic issue and not just bad luck on my part. Can't wait for the Firestone to open back up.

Took my daughter's car to get an alignment, after I replaced the tie rods. I told them that I left the boots loose and unbanned, and asked if they could do it for me, I was willing to pay for that. Well when they finished, the tech completely loosened one of the tie rods, so when they pulled it around it fell off, and damaged the new tie rod I just installed that day. They replaced the tie rod for free, and put it on. Fast forward a few months, and my daughter tells me her car is making a weird noise when she turns. The tech didn't put one of the boots back on the rack and pinion, and water has gotten in there and causing rust now. I've called multiple times and the service manager is never available, all I want is this problem to be resolved. Will not do business in the future with them.

I brought my car in for a free a/c inspection that cost me $75. I got my car back and my radio display is no longer get working correctly. I refused the service they "needed" to do because of the enormous cost that was quoted. Everything else was great. Always have super nice and professional workers and have done good work in the past. They just dropped the ball this time.
