Cannot say enough good things about this team and about Ray! I went in last week for an oil change and they saw that my tires were a little low so they filled them. They also noticed my check engine light on so they ran some free diagnostics and I had 3 guys who all seemed genuinely interested in helping me get the situation resolved and none of them even remotely pressured me into getting an extra service done. Ray drew me up a quote for the work in case I wanted to come back and have it done. I went back today and he was extremely personable and remembered me and got my issues resolved at a surprisingly reasonable price. I have taken my Jeep to the dealership THREE times this year to have this fixed, and each time they kept my car overnight for 2-3 days and never really fixed the problem. Two different times this place took care of me when other Take 5 would not. Showed up at Take 5 at 5:15pm, sign said they closed at 6pm. They said they couldn't do my oil change because they were "in the process of closing." Drive five min down the road to Elite and they welcomed me with open arms. The manager Darnell Trahan is amazing. He always makes sure you are satisfied ????! Will be back! Service: Oil change
