Excellent customer service the front desk lady and guy are so nice and informative! The prices and service is very reasonable and the mechanics are honest and helpful.

I'm updating my review, but not changing my opinion. I am still using their company and still nothing but positive experiences. Been a customer since around 2006, my only complaint is that they no longer are open on the weekends. I can never say enough good about this location on North Main. My daughter will bring her car here from Aldine area rather that trust another mechanic. When I told her to speak to Kevin, she said she remembered him, and he was the reason she was bringing her car there. She also remembered the owner, she said he reminded her of a character in a movie, so professional and kind. True to my experience with them, when she asked about replacing both sides, Kevin gave her a quote, but advised her that it was not necessary, since only one side had received some damage somehow. Many shops would jump at the opportunity to take advantages of a young, inexperienced lady. Well worth driving out of your way for the peace of mind, knowing you will be treated honestly. C

Thank God I I had a great experience at this place...came in for a state inspection, and Joseph assisted me in a very courteous and professional manner.
