I can not say enough good things about the whole crew and service at the Baytown Service King. Starting with Sarah who completely was sympathetic and understanding of how sentimental my vehicle is to me. She went way above and beyond to make sure she had the crew save my double mesh grille even when they were going to replace it. My Cadillac was my mother's car who gifted it to me about a month before she passed away. The reason why I was attached to the grille is because that was the one thing about this car my mom loved and purchased the vehicle for. Then there was Simon who did his absolute best working with the insurance company to get my repairs done in a timely manner. Which they did! Upon the first arrival when the car was completed I was not happy with the grille they put on nor how the headlight looked and low and behold here comes the general manager (I apologize I don't remember his name) came to the rescue and gave me the best service and options we could ask for.
