I’m just going to say that Sonia is the very best! She is the most hardworking employee at Bates. During our entire process, we could always count on Sonia. The job itself on our car was phenomenal. We are glad we chose Bates for our repair.

My car was in the shop for much longer than anticipated, but I was willing to look past that. However, I called on Tuesday right after I picked up to let them know of issues I saw. The receptionist said Sonia had stepped outside and would have her call me back before end of day. Here it is Sunday and no one has reached out to me. During the entire time my car was there, I had to call numerous times for an update. Very disappointed.

My husband just picked up his truck after having repairs done from an accident and he paid $250 for a detail. He is highly dissatisfied as you can see from the photos the detail done was poor quality. Floor mats not cleaned, mirrors not cleaned, one of the headlights was not buffed out and others were not buffed fully, bumper was not cleaned, windows were not cleaned, soap residue spots left on truck, replaced outer skin on tailgate and left raised imperfections on the tailgate.
