Excellent and fast service! My mom's brake was having a sensor issue and they fixed the issue same day, plus they fixed her taillight. Andrew was so helpful and kind. Couldn't recommend him and his team more! Thank you guys so much!
This review is for your employee ANDREW STREIKER at the Braker/183 Austin location. I just returned from Europe to discover my car battery had died. Got a jump start at the airport then started calling places. The battery needed was for a Cadillac which not all places carried. It was late in the afternoon and most shops wanted to close. This guy went out of his way to have a battery delivered and installed for me. I can’t thank him enough for seeing me through this crisis!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
Andrew was awesome! He was polite, knowledgeable and approachable. Aside from him being a Packers fan...he was great to work with. He managed my expectations for the timeframe of the diagnosis, called me and told me the issue...and gave me a few options to get me by...or just fix it to get a new lease on my car's life. Stand up guy and shop!!!
