Last week my car wouldn't start for the third time in two months, even though the battery tested "good." The staff here listened well and were available to answer my many questions about the problem my car was having. There wasn't one obvious solution, but I believe they gave me honest answers to my questions and they were patient while I chose. The mechanic didn't try to sell me the most expensive solution, in fact he advised against it, and I appreciated that. I would go back for future car needs or for regular car maintenance and inspections.
I had a wonderful experience at their body shop. My car front bumper neded to be fixed and they did it same day though being a holiday. Everyone was very polite and kind. When compared to all the big store franchise the pricing is very reasonable. A big thanks to the entire family team of Auto 7 tech.
Highly recommend Auto 7 Tech! They are good, honest people who take the time to explain what work your car may need. I’ve continued going here even after moving to South Austin because I trust them!
