Juke Auto

I love Juke Auto and I’ve been coming here for about 5 years! Especially as a female, I always worry about car shops wanting to do more work than necessary just to rack up the bill assuming I know nothing about cars (I don’t!). Not Juke Auto! They are always honest about what’s necessary NOW and what’s recommended in the future either based on mileage or signs of use. I’m always provided with photos of any overuse or damaged to really see what’s going on and their digital approval system for any work where you get to accept or decline any additional work they find during a visit is awesome and includes transparent pricing. Last I came for an oil change, they even found some discounts for me to make it cheaper!!

Took my little car there to fix the steering column, quote from Juke - $2,000. Went somewhere else for a quote and they fixed it perfect for $500. Took my truck to Juke for A/C, quote - $4,000. Went to another place and they are doing the exact items Juke said they would do for $2,050. Years ago, Juke was the place to go. A small yet mighty shop on the east side. They were honest and fair. Now, with their big new fancy shop, they charge double for labor vs other reputable shops and don’t have the same “vibe” that once made them great. I always go to Juke for a quote first because I just HOPE they returned to the way they used to be. Unfortunately that hasn’t been the case and I won’t be returning for any additional quotes. Juke has been my go-to place for oil changes and regular maintenance for years. Not anymore. Do they do good work? I think so. They are generally good mechanics. But… you will 100% pay a LOT more here.

Took me a bit to write this review... Took my Toyota Tacoma to Juke for general maintenance and service back in March 2023. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Rocco was my service advisor and he communicated with me on the progress the entire time. I felt well taken care of. When they could not get an Uber over quickly enough, one of the staff drove me where I needed to go while they tended to my vehicle. Would highly recommend! 10 out of 10!
