Capital V Connection

Robert at Capitol V Connection is family to us. He has been taking car of our cars for years. We keep buying Volvo for the brand but mostly because we know we can take it to Robert and know our cars will last. They are certified and have all the necessary equipment required to perform the same maintenance that a dealer service can offer for a fraction of the cost. This garage is the only reason I decided to buy a Volvo here in Austin. Robert and his staff are competent, thorough, and will explain repairs to you in whatever detail you want. Multiple times I have suggested I will do part of a scheduled maintenance myself and they have given me tips on how to do it and on parts to get or avoid so I don't waste my time. They do not try to upsell you on repairs. Instead, they will inform you of issues you might need to watch out for with the next few services as parts wear out on your vehicle and tell you whether these issues can wait and be monitored or need to be fixed relatively soon. They are reasonably priced and have excellent customer service, always working with you rather than talking down to you. I can't recommend them enough!

These guys are solid with Volvos, had both my cars service here and they did solid work. They will give you the honest answers about what needs to be done vs what you can get by not doing. Very friendly staff.
