You wanna talk about great Customer Service, THIS IS IT! From scheduling over the phone with Mrs. Misty and then going in to get my car serviced I could just feel I was in the right place. The pricing is very reasonable so you don’t have to worry about being cheated by dishonest people. Also Mrs. Misty was heading out to pick up breakfast tacos down the street and even included me so I truly felt right at home. When our Honda Odyssey's timing belt broke, it resulted in engine damage, and Grand Imports was able to give me the best quote in the area for a replacement engine. Although there was a bit of phone tag with the scheduling of the work and delivery of the vehicle via towing, Ralph was consistent with the pricing of the quote and transparent with where they were in the process for the repairs. The time it took to repair was not ideal for my schedule, but in the end, their work was great, and we were able to salvage a vehicle I thought we were going to have to scrap.
My family has been going here for well over 15 years, they always have stood by their work and we have the utmost trust in them. I wouldn’t take a Honda/ Toyota/ Lexus anywhere else
