I am from out of state, but as soon as I walked in, Karli greeted me warmly, she was kind and professional & answered all my questions sincerely. The oil service was quick and easy! Chris, the general manager, was courteous and professional when I came to pickup my car and they gave me a reasonable, fair price on the oil change and safety inspection! I walked into the store feeling confident about the service these folks offered and felt even better walking out with a fresh oil change and service on my vehicle! You will never feel pressured and when you walk into their shop, you have a feeling of friendliness and welcoming vibe. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely be back. Service: Oil change
I took my Mercedes C250 because my A/C wasn't working. 4 times in their shop and 3k later my A/C still doesn't work properly. I feel this is another shop where you can't trust the mechanics.
Honestly horrible experience as a first time customer and can confidently say I will not be back. They offer complimentary car washes on their site and I confirmed over the phone this was the case. When I dropped my car off and asked about the wash, the girl at the front rudely dismissed it saying they don’t do that. I also had to go out of my way to coordinate the complimentary shuttle they also advertise. Aside from the standard Mercedes service, my main ask was for them to look at/fix the left front side marker lamp. The alert that it’s out is the first thing that pops up when you turn on the car. The tech called me at 5pm when they were done and when I asked about the lamp he said he “didn’t get the message” that I wanted him to look at it (remember it was my primary reason for coming in). He said he could take a look but that I wouldn’t be able to pick the car up until the following day. If I wanted to get it the same day I dropped it off as was the expectation (with the side mark
