I'm a retired old guy with an old 07 Cadillac CTS. Problems~ but Austin Automotive totally did everything they could! Very reasonable cost. I'm very satisfied.
My car broke down and they worked with me and the tow truck on getting it there (I was over an hour away from them). Then over the weekend I was in a car wreck and broke my arm. They worked with me on everything and held the car until I could come get it. Forrest and the rest of the crew were super friendly and I am very appreciative of them going the extra mile to help out. Would recommend this location and team! Services: Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
Still can’t believe how much better my service here was compared to what I was quoted at the dealership. Forrest and his team were able to fix every issue I had in half the time and at a way better price with way more transparency and unbeatable customer service. Thanks y’all!
