I brought my 2007 prius here after seeing the good reviews online both months ago and then again last week. I forgot what issue I was having months ago but the toyota dealer gave me a long list of things I should fix - totaling $1,200 even though the car was driving fine. So I went to Dave's and asked to give my car the once over. After they gave me their much more modest summary I showed them the paperwork from the dealer. They said that most of what the dealer wanted to do wasn't really necessary right now but should be done closer to the 100,000 mile mark. They also said, "I have one of these cars and it's got like 300,000 miles on it. If you notice anything then bring it in. If you don't, then maybe come back in October when we offer a discount on all routine maintenance and we'll do it then." So, feeling much more confident about my decision to ignore the dealer I left. We have a Dodge pro master van that is tall! We often run into shops that can’t handle it because of that. This one not only said Yes, but did an excellent job and made sure everything was taken care of before we left.
