Brought my car here prepared to replace the transmission based on the diagnosis from another shop. The mechanic found a damaged wire and fixed it at no charge. Saved me a lot of time and money. Very honest and very thorough. My go to place moving forward.

I came here a while ago for an oil change on my Infiniti G37, and ended up paying over $600+ for things i apparently needed. which i was fine with. A few days later though, my engine would turn off and act weird, and my engine light came on. I brought my car back and told them what was wrong and they tried to fix it, they did… for about 20 minutes before my service engine light came back on and my car started acting weird again. i brought it back too many times (more than 6 trips) where i dropped it off in the morning, and had to wait a couple days to a week to get it back. Having a job and having to wait a long time to get your transportation is ridiculous in itself. I had eventually gave up on going because nothing was being fixed. I took it to a REAL place to learn that my car was now unsafe to drive. I took it as maybe the car is just bad, I traded it in for a new car. I got my oil changed there with my NEW CAR about a week ago. after the mechanic tried to tell me i needed around 3

Overall a good experience there were some hiccups with the repair job due to their unfamiliarity with hybrid vehicles but they were able to resolve the issue and get it sorted out in the end. The first attempt at repair didn't go as expected and it had to be left at the shop again. Due to this I was out $20 for Uber costs to get home. Other than that hiccup, things were good and they ultimately got the repair done in the end.
