**update** There is a reply to my review, and though you say you take the concerns seriously, you do not. I did contact you regarding the noise and leak. I was NOT asked to bring it in, instead told that there were issues that they were not authorized to fix. So I asked for an estimate and didn’t get a return phone call. So I sought out someone else for repair. I do NOT feel you are taking this seriously, you have my phone number but didn’t even attempt to reach out. Regardless of what is authorized by another shop, you should have impressed the importance to the other shop of what is NECESSARY so that YOU hold a standard for the work you do. And yes, Caliber should have contacted me and given me a choice to have the work done or not. It is NOT good business practice nor safe to do what you did. I took my truck in to get an alignment and was very pleased to support a local business that provided great customer service, great work and were very upfront from start to finish. Always important to support establishments that are not afraid to share their beliefs in our Lord and Savior. God is good. Thank you Christian Brothers.

Beware of this business. Took my car in for two simple issues, washer fluid not dispensing on one side and a light around the turn signal not working. The turn signal worked fine. They kept my car for over 5 hours before I even got a diagnosis with no estimate. No surprise, they found a bunch of things wrong with the car that had never given me an issue. Soon after, I called the shop because I hadn’t received an estimate. They said they were working on it. I asked if I was going to get my car back today as I had taken the day off from work to get it fixed and needed the car back and I was concerned since they closed at 6. They said that I could take my car back, no problem. Also, no guarantee that anything would be fixed because they hadn’t even checked if the part was in stock yet. I told them to just fix the wiper fluid and not to do anything else. The work was done in less than 30 minutes. I paid $86 in labor for less than 30 minutes of work even though their hourly rate is $150/h
