Went there a couple of days ago for a full service oil change. Right out the bat the technician tells me that he can't fill up my tires because my "Valve cores are old and are leaking air" He tells me that I need to get that looked over immediately. Well..I just recently purchased new tires and when they put them on, they fit the tires with new valve stems with cores. But...to be on the safe side, after the visit I did run the car to Discount, only to confirm that the tires were not leaking. So Strike one! Next, I observed two gentlemen under my hood yanking and tugging at my air filter box. Both men were tugging and pulling so hard that my car was shaking. After about 10 minutes of messing with my air filter box, another technician comes and helps the other two men finally get my filter out. After about another 5 minutes and with the help of a flash light.....They finally get my hood closed. After i drove off, I pulled over to look and low and behold...My air filter box was not put in
