Our GMC Acadia was hit in the hood with a softball. Since Jones and Hadley is preferred by our insurance, we trusted them to do a good job. It has less than 18,500 mikes on it and is the most expensive vehicle we’re ever owned. When we got it back, it was damaged on a part that they had to remove to put the new hood on. The owner said he was believing his employee, and that we had done it ourselves. So we had to file another claim to repair the damage they most certainly did do. I usually don’t write bad reviews even if I’m not satisfied but as a consumer with no other alternative, it is justified. We also filed a complaint against them with the insurance company. It was very stressful and costly to us. No way would we ever go back there or recommend them. They also went over their estimate more than $500.00. So beware. Service: Body & Trim
