I am sitting outside this shop right now. Came in to get an oil change and drive shaft lubricated. The white dude with beard came to the office and said oil chagrin on a Friday nah you need to go to jiffy lub or something. I told him I came to the shop for my cars frequently. He said okay I don't care. I asked him to remain calm and no need to have an aggressive tone. He then proceeded to tell me to get out of the shop. I asked for his name and he yelled get out and went back to the workshop side. Wow! What a way to honor repeat customers! Service: General repairs & maintenance
