Tire World has been great to me. Very nice, flexible, and helpful.
Keith was wonderful. He couldn't have been any nicer or helpful. You better keep him and give him a raise. This is 2nd time he has helped me.
Recently, I made an online appointment at the Smyrna location and when arriving, discovered the shop had no record of my appointment. I was told they rarely receive the information from Tire World, that it's best to call for an appointment. What century do we live in? This represents very poor customer service.
