I am always satisfied with the service. Josh always explains what they need to do. He lets me know the cost of each service and the price. I won't take my Chevy any place else! All of the young .eh are polite and respectful.

Nice people but being nice doesn't realize the car. They tend to miss things. But, I will say they are quick to fix their mistakes!

My wife works for Bridestone Corp, so I maintain my vehicle services at the Firestone auto care centers. Unfortunately, Sgt Asbury location used to do a great job, but I have now had a string of issues here. I pay for the oil, rotation, and complete inspection each month. The first issue occurred about 5 or 6 months ago. I had the complete inspection for multiple months here with no mention of brake pad wear. I found out they needed to be changed when I started hearing grinding on my rotors. By then, it was too late, and I had to pay for new rotors and pads. My front tire almost fell off after my last visit. Then, only tighten 1 lug nut on my front tire. This month, they said I was good to go. I left and noticed my tire pressures were still low. I called to ask if they checked it, and they said they should have, but I could come back, and they would do it again... the tech filled them up, and the issue was resolved.
