John is an excellent mechanic. I have a car the has mysterious electrical issues that prevents my computer from connecting to power which prevents it from starting. I have replaced a long list of parts as per the scanning tool but nothing helped. John did a great deal of research before showing up. John committed 11 hours looking into the issue once he arrived. John is the third person to attempt the issue. He had success getting it running and it ran great., which I have tried to do for 3 months and hundreds of hours of frustration However we could not get it to restart again. He went home and researched more and returned with new tricks. We were still unsuccessful, but not from a lack of trying. He left yesterday scratching his head and went home to do more research. This is a very difficult issue to pin down and is commonly intermittent in Saturn's. I really appreciate his time and dedication to helping me get this on the road no other mobile mechanic would take on this j
