I was stranded on the highway and the owner responded quickly to get a tow truck for me and got me in and out of his shop and on the road within minutes. He took care of me better than anyone else has with efficiency and a smile
Back in November my check engine light came on and my car was struggling to accelerate. I took it to Thompson Lane because they were associated with AAA-have never had any problems with a AAA service before. They quoted me at ~1800 for the repair. Went to pick it up and it was ~200 MORE than the quote because they said they had to do an oil and coolant change. Not once did they call me to tell me that these extra things needed to happen nor did I authorize it. Lo and behold a month later-to the date almost- my check engine light came back on and I was having the same problems. Luckily I was back in an area where I trusted the mechanics, it was another $900 to fix the misdiagnosed issue that Thompson Lane did. I would NOT recommend them other than to do an oil change-that's about all I would trust with this shop. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
Great local nashville auto Shop! Performed a proper tire repair on my vehicle with a patch plug combo repaired from the inside. The shop also does all kinds of vehicle repair and have gasoline pumps, Great staff and the owner is a great guy ..his name is Wally! Very clean, waiting area and very clean restrooms. They also have plenty of refreshments for sale while you wait. looks like they use quality auto parts and lubricants including Mighty auto parts! Service: Tires
