Firestone Complete Auto Care

I dropped my car off for a scheduled appoint at 8:30 this morning. Tire rotation and oil change. I was told it would be a few hours and they confirmed my phone number to call me when the work was completed. Since no one called, I called them at 4:45 in the afternoon just to confirm it was done and I could pick up. Waited on hold for ten minutes, and decided to go by and get it with the assumption everything was completed. The car hadn’t been touched and was told that if I was willing to wait, they “might” be able to work it in. Ultimately I took my keys and left, and will never be back. Completed waste of time.

I just had both my headlights replaced - the kind of replacement where the bumper had to be removed... The folks at Firestone Complete were great. Making the appointment online was perfection. I believe the cost was very fair. All in all, I'd say give them a try. Thanks for lighting my way Firestone folks!

Close enough to home for me to walk from the store and back when the car has to stay overnight for repairs. Major work done in 24 hrs after approved. Took in without an appointment and took 4 hrs to get it looked at.
