Chris got me in, even though they were backed up, after I ran over a piece of metal that flattened my tire. I ended up replacing 2 tires and buying a lifetime alignment. Best alignment I ever had. Service: Wheel alignment

I have had 3 interactions with this company. 1 out of 3 were helpful. They said they couldn’t repair a flat tire and wanted to charge for a new one, so we went somewhere else and that actually repaired it. My final business interaction ended in poor communication. I set up an appointment and they didn’t give me an estimate of time. I had to call them in order to find out when my car was finished. Service: Tires

They broke a seal in my oil compartment and have failed to fix it after 3 times. They admitted they messed up and haven't charged me, which is nice. But they haven't notated the issue in their system so every time I bring it in they just give me my car back and it is still leaking oil.
