Do not recommend going here. Brand new car, got a nail in the back left tire. They replaced the tire. We pick up the car and it's shaking over 50mph, to the point it's not drivable on highways. We bring it back to get the tires balanced 3 times total because each time they say they 'think' they balanced it but not 100% sure and they're not sure where they put the new tire (by the end of it they seemed to have moved it all around). Regardless the car is still shaking. Finally, we give up and get an appointment at the dealership only to find out they somehow dramatically misaligned the front tires (see photo) in the process of replacing our back tire. Now we have to pay to fix that. ???? Service: Tires

Had the best experience at Firestone today. Usually car troubles are stressful, but this was not the case. Unfortunately I had to quickly replace a couple of tires, but Stephen went above and beyond to make sure we got the right ones on there, and fast! I was able to drop my car off and pick it up just a few hours later. If you come here, ask for Stephen—he was the best! Will definitely be returning for any future car needs. Service: Tires

I stopped by this location because I was trying to get advice on a battery cap that had been removed from my car battery. There was a Man there who I spoke with. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or something was going on but he made it very obvious that he did not want to talk to me. He also heard me say I had a tire issue but he did not ask me how can he help me with that. He simply told me that you just need to go buy a battery as if they don't sell batteries. WEIRD!!!
