Service King Collision Downtown Nashville (Now Crash Champions)

I literally can not say enough wonderful things about this place. From the beginning of our interaction to the end. Everyone was so nice and so pleasant. Jeff was very transparent with me up front letting me know that due to Covid certain parts were taking a little longer to get. I dropped my car off on 12/29/22 and wasn’t expecting to see it again till February or March. So I was completely shocked when they called me today 1/10/23 to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. I 100% will be recommending them to everyone I know or meet that needs to get their car fixed!!!!!

Service King did pay for 3 days of my rental, opened hood and missing a cap, just a little body damage that took over a month to repair did not wash it good, small spots of paint on the windshield, had to really persist just to get service king to pay for the rental for a couple of extra days because they were not done like suppose to according to insurance company. Saw another SUV that Service King done and it looked great, but not mine, they would not do this to someone that paid for it, I don’t think? The other insurance company paid for my repair is that why they did a better job with the other SUV? Services: Air conditioning, Painting, Body & Trim

Service King has had my truck since 7/11/22 and it is still not fixed which I’m ok with kind of because I know there are parts shortages right now and worker shortages but it’s just a Ford, but at this point my complaint is their totally unacceptable customer service I have literally been trying for 2 weeks now to get a status update on my vehicle and the shop never answers the phone and when they do they put you on hold for up to 30 minutes. This is no exaggeration!! I don’t normally write reviews, but this is just crazy! I got through yesterday and the lady I spoke with understood my frustration and told me they were having a production meeting that morning and she would get me some answers and call me back. Of course that didn’t happen! Today is 8/12/2022 and I have no idea when my truck will be fixed! I’m on the phone as I write this review with the customer loyalty Dept and guess what…I’m on hold again because they can’t get the shop to answer!! I just don’t get it. I don’t belie
