They're very knowledgeable! I went to have my tired rotated but he gave me advice that helped me a lot!

Went in for a headlight bulb change on S. Rutherford. Aaron waited on me. He's waited on me before being always kind & professional with a good sense of humor. I was in & out in :10mins. Thanks Aaron now I can see into the future???? & it's brighter ????!

Pulled up for an oil change this morning and there were NO other cars in the parking lot. One car was pulled into the auto center and one singular man was servicing that vehicle. he watched me pull up and even stopped what he was doing to look directly at me, went back to what he was doing and never even acknowledged me. I wait on my vehicle for about 5-7 minutes and then decide to get out to see if I could get any service. Nobody was inside behind the register. At this point I had decided i would just go somewhere else and i tried to get out but the door was locked. That same man came to open it and i asked if I could get an oil change. In a VERY matter of factly way, I was told that I would need to move my vehicle over slightly in order to receive service. Just go to the walmart on Old Fort or your dealership. Very disrespectful and unprofessional seeing as how the majority of employees in the auto department aren't even real auto techs. Service: Oil change
