Caliber Collision did an excellent job of communicating the status of the repairs on my vehicle. The communicated each and every process the vehicle went through and even got my vehicle repaired earlier than expected. Caliber Collision went above and beyond in repairing and caring for my truck ; they even washed, waxed and detailed it before I picked it up. Top notch customer service! Worst experience I’ve ever had. Very un attentive to my situation. Left my car waiting just to tell me they couldn’t fix it. Had to call numerous times just to get it released.
