Walmart Auto Care Centers

This place is so complete joke. I came at in here to get a simple oil change, stood at the service desk for 30 minutes before some guy came by and said we can’t help you here go outside to the bay and sign up at the window. I went out there and the guy said get behind this lady it will be a long wait. There was only 2 cars there period. I usually go the the Walmart Automotive in Smyrna Tn. It’s like daylight and dark compared to this place on Old Fort Murfreesboro. My advice is don’t go here

I thought I'd give Walmart auto center a chance - I usually use Discount Tire and now I know why. Other than getting the tires (which was done online), the experience was HORRIBLE. They told me I didnt need an appointment but then I get there to find a 4 hour wait. Then, I get a nail in my tire and take it there to get it fixed. At 1pm on friday they tell me they aren't taking anymore tire issues. And wouldn't allow me to leave it over night or make an appt. I will NEVER be back here. Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Worst place ever. Only car in line for tires and a headlight. Pushed me back over an hour! Lied and said another truck was there in front of me when they weren't. My husband called this morning and told them I was on my way. Completely lied and made me very late to something extremely important!! Can NOT drive on a flat tire and the so called manger asked me if I wanted to make an appointment!! Worse manger ever! Wish I could rate zero stars!! Service: Tires
