Very good they were fast and very nice
Ken & Jordan really saved the day. I am so grateful!! I’ve gotten stranded about 4 times, 2 of those in Nashville & desperately needed my battery changed. I came in at 5pm, anticipating them to not be able to fit me in since they close at 6pm, but Ken did my battery test immediately & was super kind. Jordan replaced it very quick and made sure everything worked + all lights were off on my dashboard before handing me the keys back. They both stayed 30 mins late (maybe even longer) to make sure I was taken care of despite being already super busy. THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart!!! Service: Battery
Employees appeared to be short staffed but remained professional and efficient. Also, I was alerted it could take a while, although the wait was not long. The tire prices were reasonable. Overall great service.
