I took my 2017 Ford Focus to this business to determine why my car was leaking water. I asked if the business was part of Ford Of Murfreesboro. Noah told me it was a separate business. I would soon discover that Quick Lane was part of Ford of Murfreesboro. They replaced a water pump and the work was very expensive: $989.41. I was charged $19.93 plus tax each for 2 gallon of antifreeze. When I asked how they could put 2 gallon of antifreeze in my car which only has the capacity for 2.2 gallon and the antifreeze is supposed to be mixed 50/50, I was told that the "antifreeze" was premixed from Ford. Thus, I paid over $20, including tax, for a gallon of water. Unless you have money to waste I would suggest that you avoid this place.
Great friendly service. Didn't try to up sale me on anything.
