Precision Tune Auto Care

Called day ahead for brake service. Was you'd yo drop the car off at 7:30 and then car would be finished by 12. Called my husband at 11 told him we needed back brakes only. On our way to pick up the car at 12 as stated, my husband was called and told we do t need breaks we need roters all around and no breaks. Get there and the car hasn't been touched. Went to Precision Auto Tune care today for a Oil Change. I was extremely pleased with the Manager Jason and his managerial skill set and this demeanor. Very friendly and appeared to be well liked by his staff. My service was quick and they did not try to pressure for additional business and I was using a coupon. I told the manager Jason I will be back monthly as I change my oil regularly. To me they get more than 5 stars

I was highly impressed with my experience with this shop. I had taken my vehicle to a couple of other shops in town to address my a/c unit and got turned away. I found Precision through a Groupon offer (never buy from Groupon, just buy direct). As soon as I began to explain my situation about car, the shop forman didn't hesitate to answer my question I would highlyly recommend Precision.
