Murfreesboro Auto Body Collision Center

After weeks of looking for a body shop that wasn't booked out for two months, I stumbled across this shop. I called and the receptionist was incredibly helpful, understanding of my situation, professional, and told me she could get me in right away! My insurance program had my truck towed in and my truck was ultimately totaled. I wish I could have given them my business further, as I'm sure it would have been nothing less than spectacular. God forbid, if I get into an accident and need body work in the future, these will be the first folks I call. Thank you all so much for your help!

My insurance agent referred me to Murfreesboro auto body shop. Due to the height of the van, many shops were unable to repair the damage and decline to help out. Murfreesboro auto body stepped in and said "YES" we can do the job !! The work performed was nothing less than outstanding. Dana and her staff took time to get the job done and done right. Save yourself stress and headache. Do not leave your car at this shop. I took my car here because it seem to have many good reviews. First of all, they had my car for over two months and would not communicate with me or my insurance agents at all. I was paying out-of-pocket for a car rental and I kept leaving messages and asking them how much longer it would take. Dana took over two weeks just to upload the initial estimate to my appraiser. My insurance agent and I tried calling multiple times we were close to filing a report. Finally, we get a phone call only to say that as they were working on the car, they deemed a total loss. It took them over two months to let me know. The car was not repairable. Over $3000 in rental car expenses. Communication was so horrible. It was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.
