Jon and Tonya are an awesome team. My engine was beginning to overheat when idling and moving at slow speeds in traffic. Not only did they get back to my email inquiry within a couple of hours, but they even provided an initial diagnosis of what the issue sounded like and an estimate up front if that was determined to be the issue. Fast forward to today and Jon confirmed that diagnosis and showed me under the hood exactly what was happening. He also pointed out my brakes could use a change (which was spot on because they recently started squeaking). I was in-and-out within the hour.
