I brought my car because it broke down and he said that it was a simple electrical problem and became over 2000.00 dollars and he locked up the engine. Than said the starter locked engine which I repaired myself three times which I have receipts for from other places. It broke down again and charged me for changing cooling system and didn't do it, because the engine is locked up. I would not recommend Jerry Potts Car care. They are dishonest and now my car is still not repaired and have the bills for work that is not repaired. Do not go to this place. Terrible service. I brought my 2004 Volvo here to get a diagnostic on my ac because it would cool for only about 30 minutes then blow hot air. They told me I need a new ac switch that costs $1200.00 plus installation. I declined the repair went home and started googling the acs symptoms. My son did a temp fix on the AC clutch to see if that was it as was instructed in the video and by golly that was it. The AC clutch plate needs to be adjusted. The Volvo technician at this business doesn't know what he's doing. I will never go here again!
