We were driving cross country when every light on our dashboard came on. Turned out to be a misfiring cylinder. I was really worried being far from my usual mechanic who I know is honest and thorough. So lucky that we found Hackett Brothers! Barry diagnosed our problem, tested everything out, and determined that no repair was necessary. Went ahead and got the oil changed while we were there. We were in a tough spot, he could have sold us a bunch of repairs we didn't need, or not have seen us at all since it was 2 days before Thanksgiving and they were short staffed. Instead I got a really reasonable price on an oil change and peace of mind before getting back on the road just a few hours later. 100% would recommend to anyone in town or passing through.
