Went in to get the negative battery terminal replaced and the fix looks worse than how I brought it in. They left terminal wires exposed and patched it up with electrical tape. I brought the vehicle back and all they did was add more electrical tape with wires still exposed. I’ll post pics of both times they “fixed” the terminal. Terrible job. Waste of time and money.
Friendly, straightforward, quick and fair. These people love their work, and it shows. My advice if you take your vehicle here: come as early as you can. 7am on the dot will be rewarded with a very quick turnaround. If you plan to hangout and you get fatigued by noise, bring some headphones or ear plugs, as it can get busy. But so far I am very happy with their service, and I will continue to come here for service for a long time.
Good tires, good prices. Be prepared for a very long wait! Dropped my car off at noon for 2 tires. Showed up at 4 pm and my car still hadn't been touched. Finally done at 5:15 pm. Ugh!
