Pickup service is nice, folks are friendly. I went in for an oil change and they apparently did not install a crush washer at all, which caused oil to leak from the drain plug. I of course had to remove the drain plug to put a new washer on and refill it with oil. Definitely won't be going back for any maintenance needs.

They promptly diagnosed the problem and kept me fully informed of the process through phone and text. They also offer a very thorough multi-point inspection of the vehicle, which includes a written report with findings (if any) with suggested recommendations. There is absolutely no pressure from the service team to purchase these services. These guys provide an honest and fair price for any work you may need for your car. I came to Christian Brothers with extensive damage to my 2018 car. The repair work has taken months. When I walked in the door I immediately felt that they cared about my safety. Miles kept me informed through the whole process as parts were ordered and work was done. They were very particular about the repairs as if the car belonged to them! And the courtesy shuttle was esp appreciated so I didn’t have to ask for rides from others. My car sounds great!
