I purchased a Ford Hybrid car from a car lot and it has been to two Ford dealerships mechanic shops and one local mechanic and they have kept the car off and on for 8 months and still couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and charged thousands of dollars. I called CB and spoke with Nick and he told me a date and a time to bring it in and they would be happy to look at it. When I arrived I was greeted and acknowledged promptly. He estimated that he would have an answer within two to three days and that was fine. On Friday afternoon he called and explained that it was taking a little longer than expected but that they was looking into a few things that it probably could be. By Tuesday (less than a week) they had a diagnosis and gave their recommendations for the repair and only changed $259.00. I was so relieved and shocked at the difference in the quality of the service and the overall experience. They will definitely be my new go to mechanic shop and I will have to travel the 45 m

I was at a loss to get a strange sound in my car corrected. One place wouldn’t even look at it for weeks and 2 places told me there was a charge to diagnose it and I needed to leave my car. I tried CBA on Memorial. Early appointment, free shuttle (much needed), quick diagnosis and resolution!! Wow! Thank you for quick and efficient work!

Christian Brothers installed my brakes a year and half ago. I had some trouble with them, and they replaced it under warranty with no questions asked. I would highly recommend them if you want reliable and honest work!
