Had some body work done on my car and they went above and beyond to take care of me and to deal with my insurance. Very responsive and friendly. Sat on the phone for 16 minutes to talk to someone. They sent my information to this local office. The person I spoke to on the phone asked what damage I had then asked who my insurance company was. I told her that we just want an estimate before we decide if we are going through insurance. She said that's fine but asked for the company again. I told her and she said that they don't work with that insurance company, so we should find another repair shop that does. I then said "so you don't even want to give an estimate?" She said it sounds very expensive. I said "That's fine. It sounds like you don't want our business, so I'll find somewhere else." I think she tried saying that's not what she's saying, but I told her to not worry about it and that we'll find somewhere else that does want our business.

They did a great job at repairing the large scratch on my car door! It didn’t look like it would be an easy fix but they got it done and in less time than we thought it might take. Customer service is top notch also. They kept me informed about the process the whole time. Would definitely recommend! Service: Body & Trim
