This auto body shop is astounding!! They fixed damage I caused to my sister's car, twice and they made it look brand new! They are wonderful people and communicate with you about every step of the process. Insurance took forever, like always, to pay them but they got to work asap and worked hard. I would recommend this place to any and everyone who wants their car to look like it's almost brand new! Amazing service!! ????????????????

Had some very light damage on my car and wanted to get an estimate if I had the work done without filing an insurance claim. Called some other body shops in Murfreesboro and they wouldn't even schedule an appointment with me because I wasn't going through insurance. My wife found Alliance on the internet so I called to see if I could schedule some time. Staff was extremely courteous and told me they would fit me in regardless of a claim or not. When I got there I wasn't sure what to expect from the outside but I walked in and they immediately fit me in just like they said they would. They quickly reviewed my damage and not only did they provide a straightforward assessment they told me I didn't need to do all of the work I was expecting to have done saving me a LOT of money. When I called inquiring about repairs from an accident, I was immediately impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable Billie Jo. I made an appointment, left my car and waited for the call to pick it up. In spite of an issue with the supply chain, my car was completed in a timely manner. Not only was it repaired as quoted, it was clean inside and out. I highly recommend this locally owned business.
