Great shop. These guys know what they’re doing.
I had scheduled to get my car repaired last week and now I'm going to have to wait almost another week. They knew what my car needed and just now ordering the parts on the day of repair. I wasted a whole day off work got there at 8:00am poor service...
Very unprofessional. Had my truck a full week and never communicated that they needed a copy of my warranty to start my repairs. Very nonchalant and unconcerned attitude and extreme lack of courtesy for the customer. Called several times to check on my vehicle and the supposit mechanic never came back from lunch nor returned my calls. Some people just don't need businesses that have to preform customer service. They do not understand the concept or really care about the inconvenience to their customer. The lack of empathy is mind-blowing. Service: Engine repair
