Took my daughter-in-law's car in to repair engine over heating. After checking the problems, I Was told it had no leaks car only needed antifreeze. Drove it home and all the antifreeze leaked out. Had to get the car towed back to Pep Boys to check it out again. Soooo inconvenience!! I paid $144.84 for that..what a shame! I'm so disappointed. I could have both my own antifreeze.
The service was professional. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait long for my repairs. I will definitely come back. Thank you to the staff at Pep Boys on Elvis Presley job well done.????
The worst customer service ever. I got here at 10:30am and it's 6pm I needed 2 back tires for my van .I'm still here waiting. Hopefully they figured why my van was riding ruff. They said I needed new tires. I hope they dionosed it right.
