Took my car there to get a oil change like I have in the past. Car was fine driving perfectly No knocks, No check engine light nothing but my low tire pressure light and the abs light was on the guy takes it to the back when he brings it back the check engine light on, the oil light, and all the the guy say is I guess he’s the owner says to me oh your car for 200 some miles on it and walks back in the building didn’t try to assist me or nothing and I am a woman that was a regular. He didn’t care went back and the building and didn’t help at all but regardless of my car having 200 some miles on it it was not doing any of what it was doing before they took it to the back Service: Oil change

Came in for an oil change and the guy told me that I had to buy my own oil filter. I walked right back out the door. If I buy the filter and the oil, then I'm literally one step from completing the oil change. This is why I hate Black Businesses. Service: Oil change
