These guys are always completely slammed. Dozens of cars, only a few people working. Stll, every single time they have done a great job on my car and been professional and courteous the entire time. A rare thing.
Waited 4 hours to have a tire patched. We’re told it would be a 2 hour wait. Ridiculous and will not go back. Service: Tires
Had a 9:30am appt for life-time rotation, balance, and alignment, all pre-paid. Was told I'd have my truck back in 3-4 hrs. By end of day they hadn't touched it, told me they were short of staff, and I drove away. Returned today to make another appt and asked if they could guarantee that I'd have my truck back same day, and they said NO. They're a business that stays in business by overscheduling their work load. What is an appointment if they can't get these simple tasks done in a day? I'd give them -1 if I could. On to another shop.
