100% satisfied. From the initial inquiry, the customer service was exceptional. (I wish I could remember her name) Very friendly, very informative and helpful with the entire process. Our vehicle was being repaired and covered by another insurance related to an accident. I had many questions that they were very knowledgeable about. To make things more confusing, there were 2 insurances because, well Memphis. Zero issues and everything was smooth. RC was the main contact when dealing with the repair process and he was fantastic. Kept us updated every step of the way, helped when it came to rental questions. Informed us of everything up front. Nothing to hide and a respectable business. Perfect experience at Desoto Collision. My service manager, Dennis, did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the repairs to my vehicle and where they were throughout the process. He made it as painless as possible and my car came back looking brand new. Highly recommend!
