I'm extremely satisfied with the exceptional customer service support I received. Prior to contacting Mindy, I was on the verge of tears due to my overwhelming frustration in locating a tow service for our car. Right from our initial phone conversation, she provided immense assistance, and upon entering their establishment, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. Despite the prevalent negativity in our city, there are still remarkable individuals who overshadow it with their positivity. I want to express my gratitude to everyone involved for accommodating us during this stressful period.

My car was taken to Service King Bartlett for repairs to four broken door windows. After two weeks I literally reached out numerous times for updates no communication. The pictures attached are how I received my car back over a week ago. Not only did I take the pictures of this I asked Carol why was my car sand down in spots and they didn't have the approval to do so? I requested a manager to come out and to speak to me. She stated the manager wasn't there but she would call Chris and call me back. After this I waited to hear from them. I've called numerous times and left messages on the voicemail. So Tuesday I called again and at this point I selected the option to be connected to corporate and Carol at the location answered the phone. I asked her about the update of speaking to her manager about the damages occurred to my car while in their care. She stated her manager was in a meeting and that she would call me back. Service King/ Crash Champions did an amazing job with my car. They were selected by our insurance company after I was rear ended. They were incredibly fast, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure they gave my car back in the best shape possible. In and out in almost a week! Fantastic service is hard to find, and that's exactly what they provide.
