They left my car with grease out side plus inside my door panels, then i buy a part they give me the wrong part.
Easy to get to, very prompt on Appointment. Very courtesy and informative. Reasonable price. Highly recommend
I went to Chuck Hutton to purchase a vehicle. I test drove a few cars and requested the price and the test drive of another vehicle that I liked and the salesman refused. I guess he decided that he would choose a car for me. Well I did decide on a brand new 2020 Toyota, but when I was sent to the finance manager I felt pressured as he wanted me to sign documents that I should not have been signing at that time. Well I decided to wait, and good thing I did! I purchased the same vehicle, lower mileage, $3000 lower and no extra fees. ($688.00 document processing fee) Not to mention I received a rude phone call from James saying if I still want the car come get it, (his words) if not then fine, I can put it back on the lot. Unprofessional!
